Jerod has been playing multiple instruments for 25 years. He has been involved with numerous local bands over the last two decades and has been teaching drums lessons for 15 years. He has experience teaching all ages. Jerod teaching style is very adaptive to the student. He knows there is not a one size fits all method and like to spend the initial first few lessons getting to understand the individuality of each student so he understands the best teaching methods to use.  You wont expect Jerod to teach strictly by the  books. He understands the importance of reading music and he will incorporate sight reading as a means to understand drums but his  real focus is for his students on learning to play music by feel.
